High-Speed 4-Axis Delta Robot for Precision Pick & Place Tasks
The Bat1600-S6 4-axis delta robot delivers exceptional speed and heavy-load precision for large-range high-efficiency pick-and-place automation. Featuring a 1600 mm working diameter, 6 kg rated payload, and ±0.08 mm repeatability, it achieves a top speed of 7.2 m/s and maximum acceleration of 120 m/s², enabling stable high-cycle operation for wide-range heavy-duty production lines.
It supports mainstream industrial control systems. The open programming interface allows intuitive operation and seamless integration with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other common protocols, suiting flexible large-scale automation layouts.
Typical applications include high-speed pick & place, sorting, heavy component assembly, and bulk packaging for large food packages, logistics cases, household appliances, and medium-large consumer goods. (1) RobotPhoenix Bat1600-S6 is a 4-axis delta parallel robot with a 1600mm working diameter and a rated payload of 6kg. It adopts reinforced rigid link structure to balance wide operating range and medium load capacity, delivering fast dynamic response and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08mm. The whole machine complies with IP54 dustproof and splash-proof standards, equipped with EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock. It can run stably for long cycles under 0℃–45℃ industrial environments, suitable for high-speed picking and handling of medium-sized workpieces.
(2) This robot adopts three-phase 380V AC power supply and overhead suspended installation to save factory floor space. It reserves abundant expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket multi-protocol communication. Its highly open control system is compatible with mainstream vision positioning systems, conveyor tracking modules and various standard pneumatic & electric grippers, enabling seamless connection to automatic sorting, packaging and assembly lines without complex customized transformation.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and long-term reliable operation performance, Bat1600-S6 is designed for medium-load large-range automation scenarios. It is widely applied in food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical and 3C electronics industries for finished product sorting, box packing and component assembly.
